You’re never relying on a single loan officer. Every file is backed by your loan officer, a dedicated processor, your branch manager, and direct access to the broker — so nothing slips and someone always picks up.

What you'll need

Documents to gather

Having these ready speeds everything up. We'll tell you exactly what applies to your loan.

  • Photo ID for each borrower
  • Most recent pay stubs (about 30 days)
  • W-2s and/or 1099s for the last two years
  • Federal tax returns (typically two years)
  • Recent bank and asset statements
Sometimes also

Depending on your file

  • Self-employed: business returns / bank statements
  • VA: Certificate of Eligibility (we can help)
  • Gift funds: a signed gift letter
  • Current mortgage statement (refinances)
  • Homeowners insurance details
